The list is showing a comparison between human experiences we all make in our daily life with the qualities of the soul, as can be experienced through meditation. Inner capacities that are needed for sport activities but are also developed through sports.
If the aspiring human being have already developed some of these soul qualities, he will be able to discover step by step the highest consciousness levels of his existence. To find "That", which touches the human being again and again, be it in poetry, in music, religion and also sport: the idea and perception of a higher existence.
